Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the Netherlands, with more people affected each year – in 2021, over 80,000 people were diagnosed. To detect and treat skin cancer early, Stichting Melanoom has created the Huidmonitor app, which enables you to check your skin yourself. I was happy to help create some awareness, combining live action with a collage-like approach in order to promote taking photos of the skin and checking them regularly.
